Yeah, it's tough dude!
I've been wanting to try those nicorette inhalers.
I wonder if they would help.
Pappette did it cold turkey, and I don't know how the fuck she did that!
Trying to quit smoking, lasted 4 days then broke down and smoked today.

I really don't undertand the craving for smoking......guess I had a REALLY bad impression when I sucked a cigarrete when I was like 6......
Weak minded!
Well, like they say: Never Quit Quitting.
I've got a prescription for Wellbutrin that I got a few months ago but haven't started taking yet. A few hours without a smoke and I'm a basket case. I hate it. Hopefully the drugs will help - if I ever get around to taking it!
I love a good smoke
(beer, Coffee, red meat, eggs, bacon..........)

trick:
don't light the next one
I gave half a pack of Prince Denmarks away and quit 4 days ago as well.
...quitters never win! *lights up, resumes fast track to blessedly early grave*
You can't just quit. You have to alter your lifestyle. Find a substitute for the physical habit.
I gave up coffee at work and switched to tea. I found out it wasn't so much the caffeine I craved as it was just having a hot liquid in the morning. (I know, cigs are much different)
I recently cut out sweets (mainly chocolate chip cookies) from my diet. I jones for something sweet or chocolate after a meal. Now I have an orange instead. It's not the orange that I crave but it does satisfy the sweet urge.
My point is, see if you can find something to replace the physical act of smoking. Just quiting leaves too much of a void in your daily rituals.
Cheap advice from a guy who never smoked.
